Mauri Rapuzzi is a Colorado native whose diverse professional journey spans military service, corporate leadership, and now real estate. A former Public Affairs Officer in the U.S. Air Force, she built early expertise in storytelling, communications, and high‑stakes media imbed coordination. She later transferred and expanded upon these skills during nearly a decade at Microsoft in roles across sales, university recruiting, and business/operations management . Today, Mauri brings that same discipline, service‑minded approach, and operational excellence to the real estate industry as a licensed assistant working alongside Abby Barratt at Compass.
Deeply rooted in her community and her family, Mauri is married and the proud mom of two young boys, plus two lovable Bernese Mountain Dogs who complete the crew. When she’s not supporting clients or keeping transactions running smoothly, you’ll find her outdoors enjoying Colorado’s beauty, planning a travel adventure, or embracing all things Disney. She’s a devoted Denver Broncos fan, an enthusiastic crafter, a loyal Diet Coke drinker, and a passionate foodie—especially when it comes to fast food, ice cream and any dessert.
